Being a entrepreneur he has vast experience in Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle execution, Quality Procedures implementation, Technical Consultancy & Concept Realisation (Client/Server, Web Technologies, Mobile), Currently heading the marketing & sales and Personnel management & recruitment

Earlier to this venture, Ashutosh worked with Siemens Information System Ltd, Mumbai, for a period of 4 years, where he was part of several software and IT projects.

He has also worked with Research Engineers Inc., California, U.S.A., for 2.5 years, as a Systems Analyst, where he worked on CAD based civil & structural engineering & designing software, & also as a member of technical support team & team for porting of software on MS Windows Platform. He was also a member of training team at the Research Engineers World Users Conference held at Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.. Ashutosh post graduated from Oklahoma State University, U.S.A, with a M.S. (Electrical & Computer Engg ) & holds a B.E. (Electronics) from University of Mumbai, INDIA.

BE in Electronics Engineering, MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA. She believes in cost efficient financial management of a company using tools for better cost control & intelligent spending. She brings 20 years of global management, technology & financial experience into Atkom. She has multiple high pressured start-up exposure and experience along with the knowledge she brings in to get the company acquired or take it to IPO. She chairs multiple software/technology companies as an Advisory Member and guides the companies in their strategic financial decision.

Hemang Desai brings more than 20 years of global experience in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Flawless Execution across Semiconductor/Chip Design/Software Companies. He has excellent experience in people management, engineering, project execution, divisional operational activities. Very well organized & highly strategic with an ability to drive tactical activities in order to manage tight schedules. Hemang has exposure to high pressured startups (example: he joined as a first employee in Voice Over IP company VxTel which later got acquired by Intel at $2 billion valuation). Exposure to US companies like LSI, NeoMagic, VxTel, Intel & Conexant makes him bring the right culture, ethics, technology to companies like Atkom. Hemang has published several papers across corporates and holds a patent. Hemang has received BE Computer Science from University of Mumbai (Honors), MS Electrical Engineering with specialization in VLSI from Oklahoma State University, USA.
