Earlier to this venture, Ashutosh worked with Siemens Information System Ltd, Mumbai, for a period of 4 years, where he was part of several software and IT projects.

He has also worked with Research Engineers Inc., California, U.S.A., for 2.5 years, as a Systems Analyst, where he worked on CAD based civil & structural engineering & designing software, & also as a member of technical support team & team for porting of software on MS Windows Platform. He was also a member of training team at the Research Engineers World Users Conference held at Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.. Ashutosh post graduated from Oklahoma State University, U.S.A, with a M.S. (Electrical & Computer Engg ) & holds a B.E. (Electronics) from University of Mumbai, INDIA.

BE in Electronics Engineering, MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA. She believes in cost efficient financial management of a company using tools for better cost control & intelligent spending. She brings 20 years of global management, technology & financial experience into Atkom. She has multiple high pressured start-up exposure and experience along with the knowledge she brings in to get the company acquired or take it to IPO. She chairs multiple software/technology companies as an Advisory Member and guides the companies in their strategic financial decision.

Hemang sits on 2 boards: XGEO Solutions Providers Pvt. Ltd. and Atkom Infotech Pvt. Ltd. & brings more than 20 years of global experience in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Flawless Execution across Semiconductor/Chip Design/Software Companies. He has excellent experience in people management, engineering, project execution, divisional operational activities. Very well organized & highly strategic with an ability to drive tactical activities in order to manage tight schedules. Hemang has exposure to high pressured startups (example: he joined as a first employee in Voice Over IP company VxTel which later got acquired by Intel at $2 billion valuation). Exposure to US companies like LSI, NeoMagic, VxTel, Intel & Conexant makes him bring the right culture, ethics, technology to companies like Atkom. Hemang has published several papers across corporates and holds a patent. Hemang has received BE Computer Science from University of Mumbai (Honors), MS Electrical Engineering with specialization in VLSI from Oklahoma State University, USA.

Aditya Jhunjhunwala has over 5 years of considerable international sales and marketing experience with many large MNC Corporations such as ICICI Bank in India and Damac Properties LLC (Dubai). Started his career in mid 2003, he has managed not only strategic markets for the corporations but also handled a versatile team of executives to reach desired objectives of the business.

In 2009, he quit his well settled career to join a start up Business Venture Company – Sibermond Holdings, and over the short span of 3 years assisted the management to set up a pan India Risk Management division and Global Property Business. In 2011, he had been shifted full time into Sibermond Realty and he has spearheaded the unit, not only to exceed the desired turnover (exceeding well over Rs. 35 cr) in the 1st year but also directly overlooking many projects as initiated by the company.

Over the last year, he has played a vital role not only to execute aggressive sales practices in the emerging property markets of Navi Mumbai and beyond but is also assisting the company to roll out other branch offices in India, Dubai and New York.

A risk analyst by nature, his strategies are well planned to absorb competitive circumstances & internal limitations which may arise during any sales operation.

With his work experience, his professional network and customers are spread widely in India and even in major parts of the world including USA, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong

Mrs. Preeti Karnik is a commerce graduate, having experience of more than 10 years in managing the accounts and taxation , and looks after the financial management at Atkom Infotech (P) Ltd. She has completed her graduation from the Sydenham college of Commerce and Economics, and has done C.S. for post graduation.

Her contribution includes meeting accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions.

Her expertise lies in monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data & preparing special reports.

Her management duties include defining accounting policies and procedures, & guiding other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

Apart from her profession, she is an avid reader and interested in crafts and art.

Mrs. Sheetal Desai is having work experience of more than 16 years in the field of Human Resource. She is a commerce graduate; completed her graduation from S.N.D.T University college of Commerce.

She worked over 14 years in Private Company named Encore Natural Polymers Private Limited manufacturing in Guar Gum & Derivatives as Human Resource Head.

Her management duties include Recruitment and Induction - Understanding requirements from different departments and recruiting skilled personnel, inducting them within the company, Co-ordination with placement agency, preliminary interviews screening and short-listing of candidates. Identifying correct profiles and initiating recruitment cycle for such candidates. Performance Management - Managing the annual performance appraisals for entire ENPPL.
Involved in scheduling performance reviews, Performance appraisals for promotions, Confirmations and Increments.

Started giving her Best service for building up relationship with the client and working on focused and well-defined job profiles to get the right candidate. Personalized attention to each client.
